What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. onscroll=function(){alert(document.documentElement.scrollTop);}

What is the expected result?
This should display the actual vertical scrolling offset.

What happens instead?
Only zero is returned, which is incorrect. The correct value is returned in
FF and IE6 though.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
