I logged into a demo blackboard site, and when I tried to enable "HTML
editor" (they
are using a Java applet instead of ContentEditable, sigh), I get an error
message
saying that it's an unsupported browser.
FWIW this probably affects a large number of students as BlackBoard is
pretty popular
