I agree that this looks like a problem with your video card drivers. Try
the options
that Microsoft suggests on that diagnostic page and see if that helps. I'll
mark this
as WontFix since it doesn't look like a problem we can help you with, but
feel free to
comment on this bug, ie. if you manage to get it fixed.
