   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open page1.html and page2.html in two browser tabs
2. page1 has an iframe with name="page1", page2 has an iframe with
name="place2"
3. page1 has anchor with target="place2", page2 has anchor with  
target="place1"



What is the expected result?
when clicking on the anchor in page1 it should open iframe.html inside the
<iframe> in page2.

What happens instead?
iframe.html is opened in a new tab.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
