IE 8: PASS What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to the URI above. 2. Click the linecap red link 3. See that Chrome load the page and scrolls to the bottom. 4. You can fix this by reloading the page (F5, F6 -> Enter, Refresh Button) What is the expected result? The page loads and scrolls to the bottom of the document. What happens instead? Please provide any additional information below.
