Reproduced using the latest available Chromium build at the moment -
3.0.192.0
(19805).
System: Vista Business SP2 32bit, Aero enabled.
A few notes:
1. This bug occurs *only* after leaving full screen mode (see step 3).
2. Enabling or disabling bookmarks toolbar fixes the glitch.
3. The issue manifests itself even when the window is not maximized - after
leaving
full screen mode the tab bar can be seen extended past the minimize button.
However,
it's not as obvious as when maximized. See the second and third attachments
to see
what I mean.
I suggest renaming this bug to "Vista - New tab and minimize buttons
overlap after
leaving full screen mode".
