Since there are string changes, we can't expect too much but let's try to
get the new
strings in once we have agreement, then we won't be blocked on this. I'm
adding Ben and
Glen in case they hate this proposal.
To answer the release question, let's try to get this to dev in the next
month. As
someone who's recently been travelling with a laptop in Asia, this bug
makes search
from the omnibox unusable.
