Go to the website provided in this bugreport 2. Log in to the website using Live ID 3. Wait until https://profile.microsoft.com/RegSysProfileCenter/InfoDefault.aspx webpage is loaded What is the expected result? I expect that the page is fully loaded and that I can change my personal information What happens instead? There is a frozen green status circle in the middle of the screen and page isn't loaded correctly. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Same happens with every Microsoft Profile service anywhere on their sites. I attach screenshots of the webpage in Chrome and in Firefox.
