What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.If you resize the window horizontally Google Chrome the best she bugar
with the close buttons, maximize and minimize.
What is the expected result?
Very bad.
What happens instead?
Happens in Windows Vista and Windows 7 (With Aero enabled)
