http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=15979

Chrome Version : 3.0.190.2-r19048
OS + version : Ubuntu 9.04
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit

URLs (if applicable) : See below
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Reloads properly
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): ???

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any thread at 4chan.org (warning NSFW!) - e.g.,
http://zip.4chan.org/g/imgboard.html. Then open a thread.
2. Create a post. Make sure to type "noko" in the email field, which is
board code for returning to the same page. Page will reload, then move down
to your post.
3. Attempt to reload, via ctrl-r or the reload button.

What is the expected result?
The page will reload.

What happens instead?
Nothing. No reload.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
No backtrace- no error reported in console. Have not tested on Chrome for
