All defects are found in third_party/icu38/ or chrome/third_party/hunspell/. I've finished reviewing icu issues and found CID 1740, 1193, and 1195 are real bug. However, I think we don't have to fix them since ICU 3.8 will be replaced by 4.2.1 soon (Issue 8198).
