Comment #3 on issue 15972 by [email protected]: http://www.cvhts.org now
working properly in Chrome 3.0.190.4(Win XP)
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=15972
[Confirmed] in Chrome 3.0.190.4 (Official Build 19293)
Regarding other browsers:
Safari 4 - FAIL, Opera 10 - FAIL, Firefox 3.5 - FAIL
(and Chrome - FAIL, and IE8 using IE7 Compatibility Mode also seems to
FAIL)
The webpage author needs to check and review the webpage HTML code and/or
Javascript
so that the page actually looks and works correctly for the other major
browsers,
instead of just working only for IE.
All the other browsers are much, much more standards compliant than IE, and
usually
any page that works correctly with the standards compliant browsers will
also work
with IE. Otherwise, you may wish to use Javascript to detect the browser
vendor and
display different HTML accordingly to make the webpage display properly.
[Invalid] This is not a Chrome bug (nor a Firefox bug either).
