Comment #32 on issue 6337 by theodorejb: Add support for new Windows 7 taskbar features http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=6337
I don't know exactly what the release schedule is for versions 3.0 & 4.0 of Chrome, but it is crucial that these features make it into the stable version of Chrome by the launch of Windows 7 (October 22 2009). Why? Because if they don't, many people will switch from both Firefox and Chrome to IE8, which would be, imho, a disaster. Firefox is not going to get these features until mid 2010, so if Chrome can get them by the launch of Windows 7, it has a good chance of grabbing itself a large number of new users. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
