Yes, this looks like a divergence from Firefox 3 and gedit behavior --
there, middle-
clicking on the draggable part centers it under the cursor. I prefer this
behavior as
well, but it looks like it'd require a more invasive WebKit change.
Scrollbar::mouseDown() in WebCore/platform/Scrollbar.cpp appears to be the
relevant
code. I'll look into fixing this.
