I think this was a side-effect of a bug where we were sending a bad size to
the
renderer for the initial content size and it didn't always get fixed up
before
painting. That was fixed a day or two ago.
I can no longer reproduce this issue with r20068. Please re-open if you can
with a
bug later than that revision.
