New issue 16178 by cbruund: When saving with ctrl-s, ctrl-w "doesnt" work.

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:

   Firefox 3.5: OK
          IE 7:
          IE 8:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save something with e.g. ctrl-S
2. Press ctrl-w to close the window, doesnt work, because focus on screen
other place
3. You have to use eg. the mouse to press on the screen, before you can
close the window

What is the expected result?
That the tab can be closed after saving

What happens instead?
