A few thoughts... 1. It seems like the new New Tab Page takes a little longer to load than the old one. I understand that will probably improve, though, as it continues to develop...as long as you're aware of it. 2. I think you have to hover too long before the Pin/Unpin/Remove bar shows up. It seems slow to me. 3. You should be able to "squeeze" a thumbnail between two other thumbnails. Right now, it looks like you can only have thumbnails switch places, which makes moving a thumbnail from the bottom of the list to the top a very tedious process. While on the topic of dragging thumbnails, I also think the cursor should change appearance when it's clicked on a thumbnail, in order to show the user that the thumbnail can be dragged. For example, maybe it should be a small circle with arrows in each direction. I realize this isn't the case in Picasa, though, so maybe Google's already officially decided on this cursor as its "dragging cursor," but I think it should be a little more obvious to the user that the thumbnails can be dragged.
