seems like I can reproduce this in gmail by opening a message, hitting reply, then changing the "from" address (clicking on the "change" link, clicking on the drop-down that appears, then selecting an alias.) from that point on, single click on a field and tabbing into a field do not properly select. in fact, the text box will get the focus for maybe half a second and then lose it. after banging on the ui for a while, this effect sometimes "wears off". also, switching to another tab or another window, and then switching back to gmail, usually makes the problem go away. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
