New issue 16290 by silviubogan: Incognito windows: "Google" is over
the "Minimize" button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the Wrench
2. Click "New incognito window"
3. Look at the minimize button of the new incognito window
What is the expected result?
The "Google" text shouldn't be over the minimize button of the incognito
window.
What happens instead?
The "Google" text is over the minimize button of the incognito window.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I'm using:
- Windows 7 RC
- Aero user interface
