Launch Chrome. 2. Chrome window fills entire screen. (Netbook - 1024 x 600) Chrome sits on top of the Gnome panel. All OS UI obscured. 3. Resizing fails. 4. Maximize/minimize works, but Chrome window not reducible in size. What is the expected result? Chrome window should respect the Gnome panel. Chrome window should be re-sizable. What happens instead? Chrome window covers entire screen. Chrome window is not re-sizable. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible.
