What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Access http://www.google.com/reader/
2. Focus an RSS article
3. Use shortcut 'v' to open article in new tab.

What is the expected result?

New tab should open and display the article linked.

What happens instead?

New tab opens briefly then immediately crashes/closes. Repeating has
similar results. Restart/reload has no remedial effect.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.

This has been an issue over the past 3 nightly builds.
