New issue 16300 by dawagner: Keyboard scrolling in developer tools console
inconsistent for pasted data
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16300

Google Chrome 3.0.192.1 (Official Build 20012)
WebKit 531.3
V8 1.2.12
User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US)
AppleWebKit/531.3 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/3.0.192.1 Safari/531.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Developer Tools window (Control + Shift + J)
2. Open the console (>= button at the bottom)
3. Paste in text longer than the width of the window
4. Scroll right past the window with the keyboard arrows

What is the expected result?
Visible text scrolls across so that you can see where the cursor actually
represents where it is.

What happens instead?
Text displayed is static, cursor appears to be at the end of the visible
line, but its position is actually where it should be.
