What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ctrl-t for a new tab
2. Tab
3. Return
What is the expected result?
Go to the first thumbnail and load that page
What happens instead?
The focus goes to the new choices icons (Hide thumbnails, list...) and you
need to type Tab 5 times to get to the first choice.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
