http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16347
Chrome Version : 3.0.192.1
Other browsers tested:
Safari 4: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have 2 monitors
2. Move stuff around and click and manage bookmarks and just use chrome
across 2 screens
3. See screenshot
What is the expected result?
It should not place windows where they are unreachable.
It should not do strange things, it should behave like FF :)
