Increase the width of the font and language dialog in Arabic Chrome.
BUG=9015 (http://crbug.com/9015)
TEST=Launch CHrome with '--lang=ar'. In options - Advanced tab, open
up 'Fonts and Languages' dialog
and select 'Languages' tab. The string above 'Chrome UI language combobox'
should not be truncated.
