What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start chrome with --enable-user-scripts
2. open a new tab
What is the expected result?
the new tab page should appear.
What happens instead?
"Aw, snap!
Something went wrong while displaying this webpage. To continue, press
Reload or go to another page."
