New issue 16501 by ghosttie: removed thumbnail can be replaced by thumbnail
that is already shown on NNTP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Remove a thumbnail
What is the expected result?
The removed thumbnail is replaced by another thumbnail that isn't already
shown
What happens instead?
The removed thumbnail is replaced by a thumbnail that is already shown
The attached screenshot shows how it looked after I removed a thumbnail.
You can see that there are now two thumbnails for Ikariam when there should
only be one. Closing and re-opening the NTP fixed it.
