In my case I can remote desktop in to my dual-monitor machine from a laptop
with a
single small monitor, and the Chrome windows I have maximized on both
monitors appear
strangely: they're still trying to draw in maximized mode, but their
windows have been
shifted such that some of the frame (which the window expects to be
offscreen and
doesn't draw) is now onscreen, leading to drawing glitches.
