New issue 16524 by 000.jean: Middle click on a link to an anchor fails to
find the exact position
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16524

Chrome Version : 3.0.192.1
URLs (if applicable) :
http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Pagine_da_cancellare
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: --
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: --
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the URL
2. Middle-click on a link to a page+anchor (ex: some of the "vai alla
votazione" links)

What is the expected result?
A new tab opens to the link, scrolling down to the expected anchor on the
page.

What happens instead?
On some links (right now, the "vai alla votazione" of Ekaterina Geladze's
and David Dei's pages) the new tab doesn't take the right position on the
page, but somewhere down.

I've attached 2 shots of my browser:
  - the first one shows the correct behaviour, that happens with left click
or right click and "Open in new tab".
  - the second one shows the bug, in a new tab opened with the middle click
