What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open http://files.getdropbox.com/u/84880/qt-not-respecting-label-
width.gif
2. observe 100% cpu on one core
3. GtkLauncher from WebKit-r45754 doesn't have this problem

What is the expected result?
low cpu usage while displaying a large animated gif

What happens instead?
100% cpu usage on one core
