I think this might be an issue that maybe Computer Associates maybe need to resolve in the future versions of Service Desk. Using USSD with other browser than IE and FF has also proven difficult. Try using Opera, and you get the PDA interface. The issue here is that I don't know of any possible ways to inform CA about the Issue and current plans for USSD and different browser. Also worth noting is that CA recently released version 12 of USSD and a patch called 12.1. Has anybody tested Chrome on that version? If we're able to verify that the issue still persists, I'll take it upon myself to contact CA and review our options.
