scrolling

Chrome Version       : 3.0.193.0
URLs (if applicable) : all pages longer than the height of your screen
Other browsers tested: none

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put your mouse on a link (cursor = hand)
2. Scroll up or down (make sure your mouse isn't on a link again)
3. Notice that the mouse is still 'hand'

What is the expected result?
To change the cursor if it leaves a link

What happens instead?
It doesn't change

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Also happens for other cursors
