confirmed using chrome 3.0.195.0 (Developer Build 20719) under Windows XP
The link should direct the user to a webpage
but instead, Chrome assumes it is a gz file and decides to open it, Safari
assumes
the same and offers to download it. IE and FF shows the webpage as it's
supposed to
be
IE8: OK
FF: OK
Safari: FAIL - offers to download the file
Chrome: FAIL View the file as plain text
