In issue 16875, I'll make the default minimum font size pref (for webkit)
larger for
zh*, ja, ko, ar, th (and perhaps all Indian locales). That'll partly
resolve this
issue for now. I meant to do it a long while ago, but haven't managed to.
BTW, a user can edit the preference directly without UI (of course, that's
not very
user-friendly). See the answer at
