New issue 16900 by [email protected]: Multiple instances of the Xstandard  
plugin on a page causes chrome to crash

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install XStandard plug-in (a WYSIWYG editor) from:
http://misc.xstandard.com/google/NPXStandard.dll
or via EXE installer from:
http://misc.xstandard.com/google/x-lite.exe2.

2. Navigate to http://xstandard.com/en/test-drive/pro/separating-content-
from-formatting/

Observe a crash in the plugin.
