What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double-click the title bar to maximize or restore.
2. Single-click the title bar
What is the expected result?
Nothing is improperly painted.
What happens instead?
Native window controls appear over the Chrome window. They are non-
functional, and are "erased" by any repainting action (hover on tabs,
buttons, or dragging other windows overtop).
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Windows XP SP3 themes off. Screenshot attached.
