I agree with this, only I also suggest that the new UI should have the same look as the old UI. The look of the new UI has been so unobtrusive that it has caused issues with some of the less tech savvy members of my family. My suggestion you could stack the popup title bars on top of eachother. That way you can see them all visually and choose with ones to close. You could aswell add a drop down menu for populs that exceed more then three, but practically in what case will you have this many popups, other than spam?
