uh, I bet you aren't running RTL chrome correctly. Try
LANG=he_IL.utf8 ./out/Debug/chrome
(or whatever you use to run chromium)
--lang=he is not the correct way to run Hebrew chrome in Linux (sorry there
are no
docs on this).
