New issue 16974 by [email protected]: on resizing task manager columns, mouse pointer never changes from resize (<->) to normal http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=16974 3.0.194.2 (Official Build 20903) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome 2. Navigate to few webpages 3. Launch Task manager 4. Try to resize columns What is the expected output? Mouse pointer changes to <-> but when you mouse out of task manager window, mouse pointer should change back to normal (arrow pointer) What do you see instead? On mouseout from taskmanager window, mouse pointer never changes back from <-> to normal pointer.
