What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Continue browsing the internet
2. Text drops off

What is the expected result?
Text should display within the browser. Form boxes should appear full-
size.
What happens instead?
Text goes missing within the browser. Form boxes appear flat. No text
displays anywhere, including in the new-tab-window. See attached
screenshots.
