What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press Ctrl+s to open Save As-dialog.
2. Close dialog pressing Escape/Cancel or closing the window
3. Input is disabled, Ctrl+s, Ctrl+f does not work.
4. To enable input one has to manually return focus.
What is the expected result?
Closing the window should return focus to Chrome.
What happens instead?
The focus is not returned.
