New issue 16995 by Alexey.Kirichenko: Caption buttons appears on nonclient
area after click near with boundary of mix, max and close buttons.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure that Windows uses classic style.
1. Open Chrome browser and create several windows.
2. Maximize and minimize window several times.
3. Click on Nonclient area, The standart min, max, and close buttons
appears above custom buttons.
4. Repeate steps 2 and 3 if the statdart buttons do not appears.
