What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up a web page
2. Delete the URL from the URL bar up top so you
3. Click refresh or hit F5
What is the expected result?
After a page refresh, the URL bar should be re-populated reflecting the URL
of the page you just refreshed.
What happens instead?
The bar remains blank
