ok so it seems we need some strings for this. On Windows they don't set any  
title, and
I guess windows just has some default strings sitting around to act as  
shell dialog
window titles. GTK doesn't have any I think, unless we want to use the same  
text as
the buttons ("Open", "Save", etc., rather than the more desirable "Save  
as... - Google
Chrome"). I looked at several gtk apps (gedit, gwenview, gimp) and they all  
have
different text for the open file dialog chooser. The closest thing I could  
find to a
default is the rather vague "Select A File" which is a #define in
gtkfilechooserbutton.c.
