This crash is easily fixable, but it really needs to be done right to
prevent this bad
pattern from being copied and reproduced accidentally: we should remove
parameterless
V8Proxy::retrieveFrame() and V8Proxy::retrieveWindow(). I'll do that,
unless there are
any objections.
