Thank you for quick responding I'm using Symantec Endpoint Protection version 11.0.2000.1567 and operating System : Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2, v.286 Yes, in the chrome_installer.log, I founf this error: "[0712/171304:ERROR:create_reg_key_work_item.cc(58)] Failed to create Software\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\ShimInclusionList\chrome.exe [0712/171304:ERROR:setup.cc(39)] Could not add Chrome to media player inclusion list."
