New issue 17167 by chris.frostnet.net: task manager reports 1TB of memory  
in use on 32bit linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open task manager
2.

What is the expected result?
see a possible amount of memory used (ie <4GB on my 32bit system)

What happens instead?
each tab reports itself as using very close 1TB of ram. in particular,
1,081,779,532k, 1,081,767,392k, 1,081,760,136k, 1,081,764,336k, and
1,081,772,044k.


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I am running 32bit chrome on 32bit ubuntu 8.04 on a 32bit cpu (pentium-m).
I am running kernel 2.6.27.10.
