Unable to send crash report. There is no directory anywhere on this  
computer labeled
CrashReports, according to Stert -> Find. Eventvwr does not show any source  
named
Chrome; closest is some crashes from Google Update which I am appending.  
FYI, this
laptop is set for Japanese character keyboard input just in case it makes a
difference. (Still get Aw, Snap when switching to English)
