The Windows 7 E installation CD perhaps may not include any browsers, but
you can
always download Chrome browser and install it onto Windows 7 E to run it.
Of course, you may have difficulty downloading Chrome browser if your
computer
installation does not have any browsers. Some straightforward methods to
resolve
this is to use another computer to first download the offline installation
of Chrome,
for example from:
http://dl.google.com/chrome/install/172.37/chrome_installer.exe
and copy it to a CD/DVD, USB Drive, External Hard Drive, etc. and run the
installation from your Windows 7 E computer.
