Firefox 3.x: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. with jquery append a form to active document body
2. Inside appended form, append an input box
What is the expected result?
Input box (in all other browsers) supports edit as if part of DOM,
including javascript interaction
What happens instead?
Input element does not support any input, if you paste text from
clipboard, "aww snap" message is displayed
